Sheyla Hershey was denied further enhancement by Houston law in the state of Texas which has limits on the amount of silicone that can be injected into breast implants where after eight surgeries and a full gallon of silicone, the petite model/actress was a staggering 34 FF. So she went to Brazil for her KKK breast enhancement and now, after a ninth surgery, she's the proud owner of both a 38KKK bust (according to Britain's Daily Star) and the world record for largest breasts.
